Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Celebration Crafts.  Please read them carefully before placing any order. If you sign up for an account with us you will be asked to check a box to show that you agree to this but agreement is implied by the placing of an order.  Celebration Crafts also agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.  All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
All references to the ‘website’, 'us' or 'we' will refer to Celebration Crafts.  All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these terms and conditions.

All our prices are in £s Sterling. Payments can be made in other currencies via Paypal which will convert the payment into £ Sterling at the exchange rate prevailing on Paypal at that time.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charges are added to your invoice during the checkout process. Please see our Shipping Information page for further details. 

Order Confirmation

When an order is placed on our on-line ordering system, you will receive an email within a couple of minutes confirming your order. No contract for supply exists between Celebration Crafts and the customer until payment has been received and the goods have been despatched.


Payment of goods is made via securely, via Paypal. Please follow the instructions on our on-line ordering process.  You do not need a Paypal account.  We accept most credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Maestro.

Emails and Newsletters.

When you register as a customer you are given the option to join our mailing list. We will only use your details to contact you regarding special offers and to send out our newsletter from time to time.  We will not give your details to any third party. If at any time you wish to stop these emails please contact us, via the Contact Us page, and we will remove you from the list.
Returns and Cancellation of Orders

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Celebration Crafts and so, for your peace of mind, we have a ‘no quibbles’ returns policy.
If you want to return an item for whatever reason please return to us within 14 days in its original, unopened condition. We will refund the full purchase price, not including the cost of postage, which is payable by the customer. The exception to this is if the item is faulty when the postage charge will be refunded after we have received the item back. Please contact us before you send back the item for authorisation.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

For your own peace of mind and protection, please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as a minimum. For higher value items it may be advisable to send the item back by recorded delivery.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Celebration Crafts until paid for in full.


We aim to provide you with the best possible service but if you are in any way unhappy with the service you receive from Celebration Crafts, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issues. Contact can be made via the Contacts page. We will try to respond within 5 working days of the receipt of the complaint.
